JPW 2012 Seating Registration

The seating registration period has closed. Questions and issues will be handled during Ticket Distribution on February 14th and 15th.

Seating for the President's Dinner and Closing Brunch is determined through the following process for all registered families. Only students will be able to access the seating registration forms. Each registered student will select up to two other families to join him/her at a table for the Dinner and Brunch events. Each table seats a maximum of nine individuals, generally three students and families. (Families that have purchased fewer than three tickets to an event may form tables of fewer than nine; in limited cases, a total of ten individuals may be seated at one table).

Seating registration will be held Wednesday, January 25th at 9:00 am until Friday, January 27th at 11:59 pm. Students will register via online Google forms which will be made available on this page on Wednesday morning.

Step 1: Choose friends to sit with. Tables can seat a maximum of 9 people, generally 3 students and their families. You will register separately for the President’s Dinner and the Closing Brunch so you may choose to sit with different people for each event or you can keep the same.                                                                                                       

Step 2: Designate one student as the table captain.  The table captain will complete the registration forms and is responsible for ensuring that all juniors at their table are registered for the event.  The table captain is also the student we will contact in case of any questions or concerns.  If a student registers for seating but has not sent in his/her ticket application and payment, the entire table will not be processed until the application and payment is received. 

Step 3: Register a tableThe table captain should be the only one to register for seating. The links to the forms will be posted on Wednesday morning, January 25th at 9:00 am on this page. The table captain needs the full names and netIDs of all students sitting at their table in order to complete the forms.

Step 4 (optional): Choose friends for groupings of tables. You may request for up to 10 tables to be grouped together.  We cannot guarantee that everyone will be able to be grouped together but we will try our best. Table groupings are requested on an additional form for both the dinner and the brunch.  Only one person should complete the table grouping form; this person should be a table captain for one of the tables.  This student needs the full names and netIDs of all of the table captains of the tables to be seated adjacent to one another, as well as the names and netIDs of all students to be seated at each table in the grouping.
