Virtual Baking Activity

Students and families are welcome to virtually engage with members of the JPW committee to bake some of their favorite no bake recipes. 

 

Oreo Fluff - Keely Carney, JPW College of Arts and Letters Chair

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 14 ounces (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 ounces whipped topping
  • 16 Oreos, roughly broken

Brigadeiros - Natalie Ortega, JPW Sophomore Co-Chair

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkle, as needed

Cookie Dough Lasagna - Adam Bisignani, JPW College of Engineering Chair

Ingredients: 

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour* (or almond flour)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 c. mini chocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 2 c. chocolate sauce
  • 18 graham crackers
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
